Well, Chester, NHÂ has not sold a single family home this year compared to last year and I am sure there will be a couple more sales posted Monday or Tuesday as firms have 48 hours to post their sales from the time the property closes.

Monika and I sold a real nice 2 + bedroom 2 bath condo yesterday to a real nice family from Brentwood, NH. The condo is in Shaker Heights and it was listed for $ 269,900 and our buyer was able to pick it up for $ 258,000 with a few little extras thrown in too. The condo came with hardwood floors in the dining area and a large eat in kitchen. This condo has a large living room with a gas fireplace and a nice size deck off the living room. It also has a first floor laundry with a half bath.
