Home sales in Chester, New Hampshire for January 2009 vs January 2008.

Well, Chester, NH  has not sold a single family home this year compared to last year and I am sure there will be a couple more sales posted Monday or Tuesday as firms have 48 hours to post their sales from the time the property closes.

If your home is priced to sell it will sell quickly.

The condo is in Shaker Heights and it was listed for $ 269,900 and our buyer was able to pick it up for $ 258,000 with a few little extras thrown in too. The condo came with hardwood floors in the dining area and a large eat in kitchen. This condo has a large living room with a gas fireplace and a nice size deck off the living room. It also has a first floor laundry with a half bath.

Upstairs it has 2 full baths with one in the master bedroom. There is also a den upstairs that is large enough to fit a couple of desks if you needed an office.

It is also west of Raymond on route 102 which is close to Route 101. Sales for 2006 and 2007 are in the charts below.

2007 total sold units do not seem to be too far off compared to 2006 but median dollar value and price per sq. ft. are down significantly.
