I have been out of touch on my wordpress blog here for way too long. We had a couple of closings since I wrote my last post and I am negotiating a sale on a condominium in a nearby town.
We also took our two week vacation starting July 23rd until August 6th. We headed out the afternoon of July 23rd and headed to Bangor , Maine where we spent the night with friends in the Sam’s Club parking lot. I was surprised at how quiet it was and we really felt safe. It was quieter there than in some campgrounds we have been in before.
We left around 8 am on the 24th and headed to Saint Martin in New Brunswick, Canada and stayed at the Century Farms Campground in Saint Martin. We were just around the corner from the Fundy Trail.
A place I have always wanted to visit was the Hopewell Rocks or the Flower Pot Rocks at the Bay of Fundy .
This was a fascinating place as this is where the worlds highest tides rise and fall twice a day.
After that great trip we went to our yearly stomping grounds at the KOA campground in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Well, we were home until the 12th of August and then ventured out to Salisbury Beach State Reservation Campground where we set up our home office and went back and forth to work as we took care of our customers and clients. It’s nice to be able to call the beach home.
We will probably head back there in mid September before we go to our state REALTOR convention at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH.

Honey…We had a very nice August and I am so happy we did the beach for 3 weeks. I know it’s not your favorite but I loved it.
Thank you and I hope we do go back in September.
