If you have a car, truck or any vehicle you drive on our highways and bi-ways please clean the snow off the roof of your car. I can not stand it when I am driving down the road and either the car next to me or in front of me has snow on their roof. The snow will fly off the roof and plays havoc with me trying to see what’s in front of me.
I remember back in high school a car heading towards me had a sheet of snow fly off their roof and I could see it heading right towards my car. All of a sudden I hear a big thud. The snow crashed on my windshield and I was blinded for a few seconds as I tried to frantically see what was in front of me. This can be extremely dangerous as it almost broke the windshield.
Today while traveling north on Interstate 93 I was sandwiched next to a UPS truck that had snow on the roof and a lot of the snow had flown off the roof and it kept falling on my car. I was really ticked off and found it very dangerous. I tried to move away and found myself stuck near this truck. Snow all over my windshield and wipers frantically trying to remove it.
So please remove snow from your roof.
That was scary. I thought for sure there would be an accident as all the cars kept trying to get away from the UPS truck. The driver seemed oblivious to it all or he simply didn’t care. Maybe a call to UPS would be appropriate.
