Merry Christmas to all our Readers

I just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

After a week of 3 snowstorms and a couple days of shoveling snow off our roof I was in my home office Christmas Eve morning surfing the net. I got up off my office chair and felt excruciating pain in my lower back and could barely walk. I was able to get in to see my chiropractor Dr. Steven A. Floyd of Derry Chiropractic. He adjusted my back and neck and I returned home to relax on a wet heating pad.

Later in the day. I was up for a drive along the coast to watch the full moon rise.

Chester New Hampshire Condo Sold Yesterday

Monika and I sold a real nice 2 + bedroom 2 bath condo yesterday to a real nice family from Brentwood, NH. The condo is in Shaker Heights and it was listed for $ 269,900 and our buyer was able to pick it up for $ 258,000 with a few little extras thrown in too. The condo came with hardwood floors in the dining area and a large eat in kitchen. This condo has a large living room with a gas fireplace and a nice size deck off the living room. It also has a first floor laundry with a half bath.
